At NWA Ring Warriors, Battle of the Belts 'Scrap Iron' Adam Pearce successfully defended his World Heavyweight Championship. 'Tokyo Monster' Kahagas would win his first NWA Championship, the National Title. And although the open contract Pearce had signed back in February was signed by Kahagas, advised by Steve Corino, the 'Tokyo Monster' did bring more notoriety to his April 6th Defense. Kahagas will defend his National Championship for the first time on April 7th against Jeremy Wyatt at Metro Pro Wrestling and again on April 13th in NWA Houston.
Pearce has many defenses if he is successful against Kahagas. He has to defend the next night for Metro Pro against Matt Murphy and a a showdown with his nemesis in Hollywood against Colt 'Boom Boom' Cabana.
