NWA Pro Wrestling Australia presents: Ground Zero

NWA Pro Wrestling Australia presents it's annual event Ground Zero Saturday Night June 25th. Hartley Jackson will defend the NWA Australian Championship against Robby Heart in a no rules Street Fight, Saturday Night. In this anything goes match, the only way to win is to force your opponent to submit or pin them for the three count.Robby Heart is a former champion, when he defeated the likes of Jayson Cooper and Damian Slater in March 2010.  Heart lost the title to Jackson in November 2010 in Adelaide.  Since then "Jag" Jackson has not only captured the PWA Heavyweight Title, along with the NWA Australia National Championship, but defeated Robby Heart earlier this year to be crowned the NWA ZERO1 United National Champion.  With 2011 being one of the best years in the career of Hartley Jackson, one can only wonder if his time is up and if Robby Heart's time starts Saturday Night.

In addition to the Street Fight for the Gold, a new number one contender will also be crowned Saturday Night.  Fresh off his tour of Japan, "Wreckin' Ball" Wilson will join Greg and Joey Graham, AJ Istria, Damian Slater, and returning from the United States, Jack Bonza and Robbie Eagles for an 8 Man Tournament.  The winner of this tournament will get an opportunity to face the winner of the Street Fight at the next NWA Pro Australia Event. 

All the action takes place at the Cosgrove Hall, in S.A. Australia. Doors open at 6:45 PM this Saturday Night June 25th.

Live Pro Wrestling returns to COSGROVE HALL on Saturday, the 16th of January as NWA Pro presents: MELTDOWN 2010. Coming off a hugely successful event at Thebarton Theatre, it’s time again for Australia’s new breed of superstars Jayson Cooper, ‘Jag’ Hartley Jackson, Damian Slater, Robby Heart, The Graham Brothers, ‘Wreckin Ball’ Wilson, plus many more, to do battle in the squared circle. The new generation of Australian wrestlers will be making their mark and will kick of 2010 in ferocious style. MELTDOWN is set to explode, featuring a must see MAIN EVENT TAG TEAM GRUDGE MATCH where the NWA Australian National Champion, Jayson Cooper, and the #1 contender for that very title, Robby Heart, team up to take on the seemingly unbeatable duo of Damian Slater and Slex. Can Cooper and Heart remain friends and work as a team, knowing that they will face off against each at some stage during the year for the championship, or will the continuing ego problems between Slater and Slex cause that final rift to see the team self destruct.
