Apparently controversy regarding El Hijo De Rey Misterio seems to be the biggest issue. The problem is that the local promoters were promoting El Hijo De Rey Misterio as WWE's Rey Mistreo. Also known as Rey Misterio Jr., who was trained by his Uncle Rey Misterio. El Hijo de Rey Misterio is the cousin of Rey Misterio Jr. Unfortunately there was some confusion. Spanish speaking cultures should know the difference, especially those familiar with Lucha Libre.
Although some are reporting that the "Swine Flu" may also play a part. As a lot of countries now are boycotting visitors from the United States and Mexico.
