NWA Worlds Champion successfull in NWA Hammerlock

Pearce at the London Bridge
Topping off one of the biggest months for the NWA World Champion in any of his previous reigns the Worlds Champion can finally cross off defending "Sweet Charlotte" across the Pond. Defenses in West Virgina, Texas, California, Oregon, and now in the UK, Pearce tops a month where he had eight defenses and with each defense he walked away as champion.

Pearce was a gracious guest while working for NWA Hammerlock.
"Success in the UK! Danny Garnell gave me a hell of a contest, but fell to the Lariat. Would grant a rematch in a heartbeat."  While in the UK, Pearce would be a guest host at the Bucket of Blood Dojo, for a training seminar.  And after training with some of the best in the UK, Pearce would meet the challenge of  Zack Sabre, Jr. "[He] is amazing, but tonight he fell to the Piledriver. Thank you to NWA Hammerlock for a wonderful, albeit short, tour. Looking forward to coming back already!"

NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship returns to the United Kingdom

NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Adam Pearce was sincere when he stated "No stone will be left unturned," in his One Last Ride Tour. Since winning the championship a little over two months ago at the Ohio State Fair, Pearce has been acquiring booking dates, not just across the United States, but around the World.

One month into the Worlds Champion reign, he traveled to Carrollton to defend against TNA's Gunner, Warner-Robins to defeat Zach Salvation, and to Brownsville to face Ben Galvan. 29 Dates will take the Worlds Champion into the new year with stops in Wisconsin, Texas, Florida, West Virgina, Illinois, Tennessee, California, Georgia, Kansas, Oregon and notably, to the United Kingdom.  “I’m very honored to be taking the ’10 Pounds of Gold’ back to the UK.  The British scene has always been a hotbed for pro wrestling, and am I very happy that NWA Hammerlock has given me this opportunity.”

NWA British Commonwealth Championship RETURNING

There has been discussion about the crowning of a New Champion, the title has been mostly inactive since Adam Pearce defeated former multi-time champion Dru Onyx in North Shore Pro Wrestling in Quebec City, Quebec Canada. Shortly after Pearce captured the championship, in January 2010, Pearce would go on to defeat Blue Demon Jr. and Phil Shatter for his third World Championship Reign. Unfortunately, the title wasn't defended after that.

The NWA British Commonwealth Championship is one of the most prestigious titles in the National Wrestling Alliance, at time was thought of as the other World Championship, because of its propensity to travel to regions that were formerly associated with the British Empire. England, Wales, Ireland, Canada, the United States, Spain, the Netherlands, France, and Barbados have marked areas where the championship has been defended.
