I'm taking the next couple of weeks off to regroup and re-evaluate things. But rest assured, I will fulfill my schedule below and I'm still not done with 'One Last Ride'Down but not out, former NWA Worlds Champion vows that he is not finished with the 'One Last Ride.' Since 2007 Parce has faced a premier level of competition as NWA Worlds Champion, names like Brent Albright, Sicodelico Jr., Sean Waltman, Urban Wrestling Federation Champ: Slymn , Sterling James Keenan, TJ Perkins, Nigel McGuinnes, Scorpio Sky, Willie Mack, Joey Ryan, Silas Young, TNA's Gunner, WWE's Daniel Bryan, Charlie Haas, The Stro, Carlito Colon, Eric Watts, Vance Nevada, Emil Sitoci, TNT, Adam Cole, Kahagas and even Colt Cabana. 84 Wins and 11 losses thank you Adam for 4 incredible reigns that saw the championship travel to Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Mexico, and over 20 of the United States.

NWA Board of Directors Rulling on the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Title Match from Red Deer, Alberta, Canada
Last night's NWA World Heavyweight Championship match in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada between "Scrap Iron" Adam Pearce and Vance Nevada has created considerable buzz in the last twelve hours. Since the end of the match last night, which ended with Nevada pinning Pearce, NWA officials have been dealing with a barrage of phone calls from representatives of both combatants.
Pearce immediately filed a vehement protest of the decision, citing referee incompetence, calling for Nevada's disqualification and for the title to be returned post-haste. Representatives of Nevada have lobbied for the decision of the referee in charge last night to stand.
Without question there has been a defined and heated controversy as it pertains to the outcome of the bout and without the footage it was impossible to rule on Pearce's protest. We were finally able to secure the footage this morning.
After a strict and thorough review of the bout, it is clear that the referee was knocked out by Nevada during the tail end of the bout. It is not clear if this action was intentional. Furthermore, Pearce was subsequently physically assaulted by both Mr. Mark Posey and Mr. Massive Damage. There can be no doubt that the actions of both men was deliberate, premeditated, and wholeheartedly disgusting in their execution.
Based on the evidence before the NWA Board of Directors and the statements of the referee, Mr. Nevada, and Mr. Pearce, we have ruled as follows:

Breaking News: One Last Ride ends in Alberta? New World Heavyweight Champion?
Rumors coming out of Alberta Canada is that there is a New NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion. I haven't had confirmation just yet, but the word I'm hearing is that at the Red Deer College Gymnasium, Vance Nevada has defeated "Scrap Iron" Adam Pearce for the championship. My phone calls have yet to be returned. Pearce regained the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship, July 31st 2011 when he defeated NWA National Champion Chance Prophet, NWA North American Champion Shaun Tempers, and Jimmy Rave at the Ohio State Fair. Tonight would be Pearce 34th Championship Match since regaining the championship. March had been an extremely busy month for Pearce, as he had taken the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship to Australia for three successful defense. The Worlds Champion is set to be defended the next two days, 24th and 25th. The championship was also scheduled to be defended on the 27th in Tempe Arizona, for NWA Wildwest and again in 31st Fort Lauderdale Florida for NWA Ring Warriors. Once we have confirmation we'll follow up.

Talk NWA: Sheldon Goldberg (#26)
Earlier in the month of February, New England Championship Wrestling announced with much fanfare that NECW would be joining the National Wrestling Alliance. Sheldon Goldberg has been a staple in New England Wrestling scene dating all the way back to the 90s. NECW was very instrumental in helping the NWA Reclaim the Glory by hosting a Tournament Match back in 2007.
New England Championship Wrestling's next event is March 23rd with MARCH BADNESS 2012 in Blackstone, MA at the Millerville Men’s Club at 8 Lloyd Street on Friday night, March 23rd with an 8 PM bell time. We'll examine the New England Champions and discuss the decision to join the NWA. We'll also play our interview with B-Boy from NWA Pro Wrestling's SoCal Pro.
