Talk NWA: Chance Prophet Saturday May 5th 1:30PM Eastern

The last time we spoke to the Dark Child, he was the NWA National Champion in pursuit of NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion, Adam Pearce.  Only a mere 4 months ago and so many things have changed in the world.  Prophet, even without the National Championship in tow is still centered in on winning the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship.  With a victory over Cabana, prior to his Championship win, Chance's pursuit is still on.  And with May already becoming a busy month, May 18th, NWA Premier will host Ascension, where former NWA World Champion, Adam Pearce will do battle with Prophet for pride.  And on May 30th in the Bahamas, Chance Prophet looks to regain NWA Gold, when he will face off against the 7' Giant, Titan in a NWA Ring Warriors Bahamas Championship Match.
When Chance joins us Saturday, we'll be talking about what he has in store for the NWA, Adam Pearce, Ascension, NWA Ring Warriors and more.

Talk NWA: 'Tokyo Monster' Kahagas March 24th 1:30PM Eastern

Not all Monsters from Japan are 60ft tall, green, covered in scales and breath fire.  However unlike Godzilla, Kahagas is real.  When the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship was forfeited last summer, Kahagas openly engaged the NWA Board of Directors lobbying for an opportunity to be apart of the one-night tournament.  Kahagas was not granted the opportunity.  Months would pass and Kahagas was afforded the opportunity to face off against NWA National Champion, Chance Prophet.  The Tokyo Monster and the Dark Child would battle for the belt two times with no clear cut winner at the end of the battles.  March 29th, as part of the Wrestlemania Weekend, NWA Ring Warriors will provide the 3rd encounter against Chance Prophet.  But Kahagas also has a unique opportunity to perhaps become the first NWA Triple Crown Champion because if he is successful in defeating Prophet for the National Title, he faces Pearce for the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Title on April 6th for Dynamo Pro in Illinois and the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion Kevin Douglas on April 14th for NWA Lone Star.  We'll be talking to Kahagas to learn more about the Monster, the opportunities ahead of him, and more.

Plus we'll play our interview with "Lovin" Nick Love.  Hailing from Solana Beach and making his name in Southern California, Nick Lovin is a former SoCal Pro Tag Team Champion

NWA Ring Warriors: Main Event plus tournament pairings for 12/14/2011 ‘Inaugural Brawl’

October 29, 2011) Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – NWA Ring Warriors announced today that on

Wednesday night, December 14th, the NWA World Tag Team Champions, the Dark City Fight Club, will defend their titles in the main event of the “Inaugural Brawl” in For Lauderdale against two members of pro wrestling’s most heralded and often controversial stables – Degeneration X.

“For DX members ‘Bad Ass’ Billy Gunn and Sean ‘X-Pac’ Waltman, this will be their first shot at NWA gold together,” said NWA Ring Warriors Chief Operations Officer (Talent) Larry Brannon.

“And I fully expect them to bring everything they have with them in order to walk out of the Fort Lauderdale Armory as the new NWA World Tag Team Champions.”

Brannon explained that a win against Dark City, however, would not be an easy task as the reigning champs for the most part have held their titles since November 2010, except for a two week period this past May.

“There is a reason why Jon Davis and Kory Chavis are the NWA World Tag Team Champions,” Brannon said. “Simply put, they are a very tough team to beat. They have all the attributes that a team must have to be called champions and as such they have successfully turned back every challenge thrown at them … and that includes some very impressive Indie and NWA-based duos.”

But is it enough to turn back the challenge of two seasoned, savvy competitors like DX?

“We’ll find out soon enough,” Brannon said, emphasizing that this will be their first in-ring meeting and fans can expect “just about anything to happen.”

In addition to naming the final four tournament combatants, Brannon also said one more match for the “Inaugural Brawl” will soon be announced and that it will be another major NWA title bout. While Brannon offered no hints on which title might be defended on the card, he did say he was wrapping up negotiations and hopes to get final confirmation from the match opponents “any minute now.” It should be noted that Brannon has gone on public record stating that NWA Ring Warriors will be proactive in booking all of the NWA’s major title holders at some point.

The final four competitors named for the tournament are:
