Talk NWA: 'Tokyo Monster' Kahagas March 24th 1:30PM Eastern

Not all Monsters from Japan are 60ft tall, green, covered in scales and breath fire.  However unlike Godzilla, Kahagas is real.  When the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship was forfeited last summer, Kahagas openly engaged the NWA Board of Directors lobbying for an opportunity to be apart of the one-night tournament.  Kahagas was not granted the opportunity.  Months would pass and Kahagas was afforded the opportunity to face off against NWA National Champion, Chance Prophet.  The Tokyo Monster and the Dark Child would battle for the belt two times with no clear cut winner at the end of the battles.  March 29th, as part of the Wrestlemania Weekend, NWA Ring Warriors will provide the 3rd encounter against Chance Prophet.  But Kahagas also has a unique opportunity to perhaps become the first NWA Triple Crown Champion because if he is successful in defeating Prophet for the National Title, he faces Pearce for the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Title on April 6th for Dynamo Pro in Illinois and the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion Kevin Douglas on April 14th for NWA Lone Star.  We'll be talking to Kahagas to learn more about the Monster, the opportunities ahead of him, and more.

Plus we'll play our interview with "Lovin" Nick Love.  Hailing from Solana Beach and making his name in Southern California, Nick Lovin is a former SoCal Pro Tag Team Champion

What else should we talk about? Call in and you can decide.

NWA Dynamo Pro Live Wrestling Event Oct. 16th, Glen Carbon IL..

Credit NWA Dynamo Pro
NWA Dynamo Pro and High Voltage Wrestling team up on Saturday October 16th at the Sports Academy in Glen Carbon, Il. to celebrate HVW's second anniversary with a night of exciting action.

Already signed to the card NWA Central States Champion Mark Sterling takes on the returning Kevin X.  Kevin has been away from the ring for awhile but returned to action for the first time back at the August 28th Dynamo Pro event. With his impres...sive debut a new challenge stands in his way. The current reigning NWA Central States Champion Mark Sterling. Kevin has tasted gold before and now wants to satisfy the hunger that has been reawakened.

Also the HVW Heavyweight championship will be on the line when the Champion "The Tokyo Monster" Kahagas defends against "The Rebel" Jeremy Wyatt.  Wyatt has been surfing a wave of impressive wins as of late.  With a pinfall win over NWA Missouri Champion Davey Vega at the August 16th event during a tag match that saw both Wyatt and Sterling teaming together to take on Vega and Trent Stone. Wyatt has proven once again that he is a force to be reckoned with and he intends to add the HVW Title to his ever growing collection of Championships.

What started as a respectful match between s "the Human Wrecking Ball" Pete Madden and Super Castladi 13 was ended abruptly when Alexandre Rudolph along with Sadie Blaze rushed the ring and brutally attacked Madden. Rudolph was out to make a name for himself by taking out the STL wrestling legend when Kory Twist made his way to the ring and confronted Rudolph. Just a few seconds of exchanges were seen before both Rudolph and Blaze retreated from the ring leaving Twist standing tall and wanting to return to wrestling after 4 years to face Rudolph man to man in the ring.  Twist commented that if Rudolph wants to try and make name for himself at the expense of others it will not start with Pete Madden.

“Pro Wrestling Showcase” Focuses Energy on Action for All Ages

Missouri Wrestling Revival (MWR), in cooperation with High Voltage Wrestling Midwest and NWA Dynamo Pro Wrestling, gives the motto “Giving Back to Midwest Pro Wrestling” added depth with a very special showcase show entitled “Pro Wresting Showcase” on November 14, 2009 in Granite City, IL at the River's Edge Reception Center.

In the main event of the evening, “The Rebel” Jeremy Wyatt puts his money where his mouth is, defending the Wrestling Revival Cup for only the second time since he was awarded it by MWR in 2008. Wyatt finds his open challenge met by “The Future” Donovan Ruddick and Arya Daivari. Ruddick, standing 6'9” and weighing in at around 280 pounds, is coming hot off the heels of a high profile victory over another man issuing an open challenge. Ruddick could find himself the spoiler once again, but Daivari will bring his ruthless Middle Eastern athleticism and attitude to the main event.

In the Midwest, classic tag teams reminiscent of the golden age of pro wrestling are alive and well. In Granite City, four of these teams will converge in two matches that are sure to please young and old alike. One match features quite possibly the most celebrated and traveled tag team of the four, the Northstar Express (Darin Corbin & Ryan Cruz), going head to head with the team St. Louis fans might not be inclined to claim as their own due to their antics in the ring, B.A.B.E.WATCH (Brandon Aarons & Brandon Espinosa).

The second tag team contest will feature Louisiana's finest, the Bayou Outlaws (Aaron Masterson & Mad Dog McDowell) trying to steal momentum from the Kansas City Connection's Mark Sterling and Mike Sydal. Sydal, the younger brother of World Wrestling Entertainment's Evan Bourne, recently stunned Granite City wrestling fans by saying he no longer considered St. Louis his home. Under Mark Sterling and Jeremy Wyatt's watch, Sydal is proving to be cunning and calculated, but the Bayou Outlaws look to test this fairly new team with a tried and true tag team strategy developed from match after match of experience.

The lovely Santana G will be in attendance on the eve of her biggest test to date against current NWA Women's Champion MsChif. Also scheduled to appear are “Canadian Sex Icon” Ryan Slade, “Unbreakable” Zach Thompson, “6% Body Fat” Rob James, Eric Allen and “Rockstar” Jimmy Rockwell.

“Pro Wrestling Showcase” is determined to give the fans more of what they want and less of what they do not.

Doors open at 6:45PM with an opening bell time of 7:30PM. Tickets are $12, with children 7 years old and younger getting in for free.

The River's Edge Reception Center (formerly the Army Depot) is located at 1635 W. 1st Street, Granite City, IL, 62040. For more information, call (417) 650-8086.

Missouri Wrestling Revival, High Voltage Wrestling Midwest, and NWA Dynamo Pro are committed to family friendly pro wrestling action at affordable prices.

Training Seminar with ROH World Champion Jerry Lynn

NWA Dynamo Pro Wrestling returns to Ottawa, Kansas on May 23rd with a World Champion in tow. One of the hardest working men in professional wrestling today, Jerry Lynn. Lynn is the current ROH kingpin when he became the Ring of Honor Champion after defeating Nigel McGuinness on April 3, 2009 at the ROH Supercard of Honor IV in a spectacular match.

If you are an inspiring wrestler looking to train with one of the most respected me in the industry NWA Dynamo Pro Gym has a golden opportunity for you. Jerry Lynn and Dynamo Pro Gym will be conducting two training seminars, one of Friday in St Louis on May 22 at the Dynamo Pro Gym from 6-8pm. The very next day they will travel to Ottawa Kansas with the seminar going from 2-4pm. The cost is only $50.00 per person to train with the current ROH World Heavyweight Champion.

Jerry Lynn has wrestled and held championship titles with WWE, ECW, and TNA and of course now Ring of Honor. If you are serious of getting to the next level in your game, I highly urge you take NWA Dynamo Pro gym up on their offer and work with the man who knows not only what it takes to get to the top of the sport but has been able to flourish in an era where wrestlers come and go in a blink of an eye.

Jerry Lynn was one of wrestling’s best kept secrets for several years. Making a name for himself on the independent circuit on the way to working with some of the most exciting wrestlers in the sport from Sean Waltman, Rob Van Dam, AJ Styles, Sabu to Jeff Hardy.

Kansas wrestling fans will have a chance to see Jerry Lynn live in person that evening along with some hot wrestling action. A great show where proceeds to the event will go towards the Franklin County Shiners. Tickets are only $8.00 in advance and Kids under 12 are $5.00.
