NWA Ring Warriors Presents: Battle of the Belts March 29th
The next NWA Ring Warriors card will be in Fort Lauderdale at the National Guard Armory on Thursday, March 29 at 7:30 p.m. Titled “Battle of the Belts,” the event will kick off South Florida’s WrestleMania weekend which includes shows and events from Ring of Honor, Dragon Gate and WrestleReunion.
The Main Event will feature NWA World Heavyweight Champion “Scrap Iron” Adam Pearce taking on a challenger from Ring of Honor who will be hand picked by legendary NWA manager and current ROH producer James E. Cornette. Cornette will be in attendance for the show.
Also on the card, current NWA World Tag Team Champions, The Dark City Fight Club, return to face the challenge of former NWA and WWE World Tag Team Champions, The Head Bangers, as well as one of the most successful independent tag teams in the world, The Red-Devil Fight Team, in a three-way-dance.
NWA National Heavyweight Champ Chance Prophet will clash one more time with The Tokyo Monster Kahagas, except this time it will be in a Steel Cage and the only way to win is for one of the competitors to climb out of the cage. Not only will there be two NWA officials at ringside, but former three-time NWA World Tag Team Champions, the New Heavenly Bodies (“Vivacious” Vito DeNucci and “Casanova” Chris Nelson) will serve as special enforcement referees for the match.

NWA Ring Warriors: Main Event plus tournament pairings for 12/14/2011 ‘Inaugural Brawl’
October 29, 2011) Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – NWA Ring Warriors announced today that on
Wednesday night, December 14th, the NWA World Tag Team Champions, the Dark City Fight Club, will defend their titles in the main event of the “Inaugural Brawl” in For Lauderdale against two members of pro wrestling’s most heralded and often controversial stables – Degeneration X.
“For DX members ‘Bad Ass’ Billy Gunn and Sean ‘X-Pac’ Waltman, this will be their first shot at NWA gold together,” said NWA Ring Warriors Chief Operations Officer (Talent) Larry Brannon.
“And I fully expect them to bring everything they have with them in order to walk out of the Fort Lauderdale Armory as the new NWA World Tag Team Champions.”
Brannon explained that a win against Dark City, however, would not be an easy task as the reigning champs for the most part have held their titles since November 2010, except for a two week period this past May.
“There is a reason why Jon Davis and Kory Chavis are the NWA World Tag Team Champions,” Brannon said. “Simply put, they are a very tough team to beat. They have all the attributes that a team must have to be called champions and as such they have successfully turned back every challenge thrown at them … and that includes some very impressive Indie and NWA-based duos.”
But is it enough to turn back the challenge of two seasoned, savvy competitors like DX?
“We’ll find out soon enough,” Brannon said, emphasizing that this will be their first in-ring meeting and fans can expect “just about anything to happen.”

NWA DAWG Champion Damien Wayne to debut for NWA Anarchy
In Cornelia Georgia, home to NWA action for nearly two decades, NWA Anarchy returns to the World Famous NWA Anarchy Arena. On a night where Kimo challenges Azrael for the Anarchy Heavyweight Championship, Steve Walters defends his Television Title, and the return of IMPACT's Murphy aka Mikael Judas in tag team action joining Jacob Ashworth taking on the challenge of "Bro" Newsome and NWA North American Champion Shaun Tempers, there are a lot of whispers of a new comer to Anarchy Arena. "Mr. Mid-Atlantic" makes his debut for NWA Anarchy and its not a matter that he's debuting, but for why?
The former NWA North American Champion is unpredictable as they come. Nobody knows for sure for what reason the man who solidified his reputation as a "bad ass" in NWA Fusion and all the up and down the Eastern Sea Board. Earlier this year, Damien Wayne became embroiled in a feud with reigning NWA National Champion Chance Prophet. At the time Prophet was a dual champion, also holding the NWA DAWG Title.

Victory for Wayne against former NWA World Champion Pearce burns up the "Mr. Mid-Atlantic".

"Adam Pearce and I have unfinished business," were the words that echoed from the video message Damien Wayne released on youtube. What would you expect from "Mr. Mid-Atlantic" Damien Wayne and "Scrap Iron" Adam Pearce? Two men, well respected through out the National Wrestling Alliance step into the ring to settle a score. Wayne vs. Pearce 3 wasn't for a Championship, but it was for pride. It all went down for Pro Wrestling Mid-Atlantic. The first time these two faced off, the then NWA Worlds Championship was disqualified and the second match lasted sixty minutes to a draw.
As always Adam Pearce didn't enter Virgina alone and brought along an ally in the likes of James J. Dillon. The legendary manager of the Horsemen, lead Adam to the ring in hopes of securing a much needed win for his associate Adam Pearce. It almost started to appear as though history would repeat itself in the Virgina. The hard hitting match between two of the NWA's finest was tearing down the house, Pearce broke rank. And decided he was going to get himself out of this match when he knocked out the referee. It would seem that Wayne wouldn't get his satisfaction on this night. That is until former NWA Worlds Champion, "the Rugged" Ronnie Garvin hit Pearce with one of his vintage shots to Pearce, that left the former champion out for the count. Wayne went for the icing on the cake, when he connected with his devastating elbow drop off the top rope. The NWA Continental Champion would get the pin fall and receive his long awaited vindication. That is until NWA National Champion Chance Prophet made his way to ringside.
Ever since Chance Prophet defeated TNA's Gunner for the NWA National Championship a bulls eye has been placed on the back of Prophet. And this was apparent immediately following his victory in New Jersey as Damien Wayne viciously attacked him, after what appeared to be a celebratory hug. A piledriver left Prophet in a heap of mangle flesh after what would have been one of his biggest victories to date. Flash forward to what would have been Damien Wayne's biggest celebration to date only for Prophet to fight fire with fire, literally. It would appear that Pearce along with Prophet were in cahoots with the dual fireball. When asked about his alliance with the National Champion Chance Prophet and speculation about his wrestling future, Pearce refused comment.
