Tag Team wrestling jumps once again to the forefront this week on NWA Championship Wrestling from Hollywood as the long-lasting heat between the RockNES Monsters and the Cutler Brothers continues! Los Angeles, CA - The National Wrestling Alliance and KDOC-TV are proud to celebrate the TENTH taping of NWA Championship Wrestling from Hollywood on Sunday afternoon, June 5th, LIVE once again from the NWA arena at the historic Regent Showcase Theater deep in the heart of Hollywood!

Viva La Lucha's Champions and Challengers featuring talent from NWA Pro Wrestling
The 4th Edition of the Viva La Lucha PPV Series Champions and Challengers debuted last night on iNDEMAND through out the United States. All of the NWA Heritage Titles will be on the line at this event, along with a big match up featuring former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Blue Demon Jr. Playing all month on PPV in the U.S. and Canada before it even hits TV in Mexico.On the last installment of Viva La Lucha PPV, Pro Wrestling Revolution's (NWA Pro Wrestling Affiliate) Heavyweight Championship was decided when Oliver John squared off against Blue Demon Jr. Blue Demon Jr. was successful in defeating his long time nemesis Oliver John and taking away his Revolution Heavyweight Championship. On Champions and Challengers, Oliver John faces off against that rising star of Inoki Genome Federation, Atsushi Sawada in this international match up.
Also on the card will be a 4 Way War to determine the #1 contender to the PWR Jr. Heavyweight Title
Another big title defense will be for the NWA Heritage Tag Team Titles. The Champs have been heavily featured on NWA Championship Wrestling from Hollywood as the RockNES Monsters have maintained their championship reigns with some of the best tag teams in Southern California. On the 4th Edition of Viva La Lucha they will face off against former NWA World Tag Team Champions Los Luchas. When these two teams face off you know it will be a fast paced and lots of fun tag team wrestling. Think a modern day Rock 'n' Roll Express vs. Midnight Express.
And the Main Event for Champions and Challengers, The revolution Heavyweight Champion Blue Demon squares off against El Generico to see who will advance in the IWL Title Tournament in Mexico. Blue Demon Jr. has been looking to extend his championship legacy as of late. Ring of Honor's El Generico already having establishing a name for himself in Canada and the United States is looking to build his legacy on the legendary Blue Demon name.

"Scrap Iron" Adam Pearce (c) vs. M1W Champion: Willie Mack
- Holding a championship in an NWA affiliate such as M1W will automatically make one a contender for the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship and here the M1W Champion Willie Mack gets the call and will get his shot at challenging Scrap Iron for the title.
M1W Heritage Tag Team Championship Match
RockNES Monsters (Johnny Goodtime & Johnny Yuma) (c) vs. Scorpio Sky & Joey Ryan
- Back in August, Scorpio Sky & Joey Ryan won a #1 contender match for the M1W Heritage Championship but due to an injury to Ryan, they have not been able to cash it in yet. With doctors clearance now for Ryan, him and Sky are taking their shot at the Monsters' gold.
"Pretty" Peter Avalon vs. Ruben Iglesias
- The Power Balance Band will be at stake in this match as Ruben Iglesias was enjoying an undefeated streak while wearing the Band, but has not enjoyed successes since Avalon stole it from him. On the flip side however, Avalon has put together a win streak while competing with the Band. Iglesias has demanded the Band back and Avalon has agreed to put it on the line in this singles match up.
Rocky Romero & TJ Perkins vs. Natural Selection (Brian Cage & Shaun Ricker)
- Both teams have been in the hunt for the M1W Heritage Tag Team Titles and have taken issue with each other at recent Friday Fight Nights. A win here could very well mean a shot at whomever are the champions at the end of the evening.

NWA Pro/Mach-1 Wrestling presents “Friday Fight Night” on Friday, October 1st at 8:05pm in Anaheim, CA!
M1W Non-Title Tag Team Match
RockNES Monsters (Johnny Goodtime & Johnny Yuma) vs. Rocky Romero & TJ Perkins
- With the tag team title scene heating up, Rocky Romero & TJ Perkins are looking to make a big splash by taking out the tag team champions in this non-title match and earn themselves a title shot against the Monsters or the number 1 contenders Scorpio Sky & Joey Ryan if they come out on top of their eventual battle for the belts.
James Morgan vs. Cedric The Hitman
- Since returning to his fan favorite status, James Morgan has tried to distance himself from his past and will battle his former hired assassin this week to show just how much of a changed man he is.
"Pretty" Peter Avalon vs. Mikey Callahan
- One week with the Power Balance Band, Peter Avalon is 1-0 and has an even bigger challenge this week and maybe the biggest of his career in Mikey Callahan.
Joey Ryan vs. Nick Madrid
- Joey Ryan has been injured and on the sidelines for a month now and is coming back from his injury five days ahead of schedule to take on one of his top students at M1W's Wrestling 101 in what will be a test to both his injured shoulder and his training to see if his own student can take the teacher.
Natural Selection (Brian Cage & Shaun Ricker) vs. Mike Rayne & Ridiculouso
- Natural Selection is actively trying to get back into the tag team title hunt and is looking to make a statement against any team that steps in their way.
Andrew Hellman vs. Ruben Iglesias
- Last week, in his first match since Avalon stole the Power Balance Band from him, Iglesias suffered a loss. Determined to show that his success isn't based on the Power Balance Band, Iglesias challenged the man who Avalon defeated last week to prove his point.
Brandon Parker vs. Kyle Webb
- Kyle Webb is 1-0 since David Troy left him on his own, but now has a tough task in taking on Brandon Parker.
