NWA Pro/Mach-1 Presents "Friday Fight Night" Sept 17th 2010

NWA Pro/Mach-1 Wrestling presents “Friday Fight Night” on Friday, September 17th at 8:05pm in Anaheim, CA!

Due to the brawl that spilled out outside of the M1W arena and into the American Sports Center, the NWA Board of Directors and M1W Office have decided to keep the M1W Champion Willie Mack and the number one contender Jason Watts away from one another until precautions can be set to keep the fans of M1W and patrons of the ASC safe.

However, the NWA BOD and M1W let Mack and Watts select the opponent from the M1W roster for their rivals this week.

Willie Mack vs. Cedric The Hitman
- Jason Watts is a man of few words and even fewer friends and instead of selecting someone from the M1W roster, has instead decided to hire the assassin known as Cedric The Hitman to do his dirty work.

Jason Watts vs. Johnny Goodtime
- On the contrary, Willie Mack has many friends in the M1W locker room and has selected another champion in one-half of the tag team champions, Johnny Goodtime to deliver some payback on his behalf to Jason Watts.

Disco Machine vs. James Morgan
- It seems as though James Morgan has changed his ways and become a fan favorite again amongst the M1W audience, however this week his opponent is maybe the biggest fan favorite in all of Southern California, the Disco Machine!

Nick Madrid & Mikey Callahan vs. Leo Blaze & Josh Worthy
- Two teams on the losing end of their recent battles have signed on to face each other in hopes of turning their luck around and possibly catapulting their way into title contention.

"Pretty" Peter Avalon vs. Ruben Iglesias
- A rematch from two weeks ago in what some would call an upset, when Iglesias defeated Avalon. Iglesias however, has been undefeated since he began wearing the Power Balance Band and will surely be wearing it this week as he looks to make it two in a row over Avalon.

Johnny Yuma vs. Kyle Webb (w/ David Troy)
- With Johnny Goodtime already in singles competition, the other half of the tag team champions, Johnny Yuma will also be in singles action and will undoubtedly have his hands full with Kyle Webb!

NWA Pro/Mach-1 Wrestling’s weekly “Friday Fight Night” comes to you live every Friday from the American Sports Center at 1500 S. Anaheim Blvd., Anaheim, CA 92805. Bell time 8:05PM, doors open at 7:30. Tickets are $6 for adults, $3 for students w/ ID and children 12 and under.

Willie Mack Joins the Alliance

Mach-1 Champ Willie Mack joins Alliance Radio Monday, Sept. 20th at 7:30PM EDT, 4:30PM PDT.

Some might call the Mach 1 Heavyweight Champion, Willie Mack and over-night sensation, but that would be an injustice to all the blood, sweat, and tears, Mack has shed through out his struggles to make in the world of professional wrestling.  Mack made his first splash to a national audience when he appeared on the NWA Showcase.  Still learning the ropes, Mack would face off against guys like Joey Ryan, NWA Worlds Champion Adam Pearce, and former World Champion Brent Albright. February 5th of this year, Willie Mack cashed in an opportunity to wrestle in a Four-Way Match for the Mach-1 Wrestling Heavyweight Championship.  Outlasting Ryan, James Morgan and Bobby Marshall, Mack has held on to that title successfully regardless of the challenger.  As his notoriety grew, Mack would be invited to take part in the wildly successful Lucha Va Voom under the guise of Chocolate Caliente.  The native of St. Louis Missouri, faces his biggest challenge in Mach-1 in the man "Big Nasty" Jason Watts who has every intention to take the title from Willie Mack.  I will be talking to Mack about his eventual showdown with Watts, Mach-1 Wrestling, his altercation with "Very European" Claudio Castagnoli, and how he feels about the NWA Championship Wrestling From Hollywood.  And we'll be taking your calls!

NWA Pro/M1W Presents "Friday Fight Night" and a rare appearance of Bobby Quance

NWA Pro/Mach-1 Wrestling’s weekly “Friday Fight Night”  comes to you live every Friday from the American Sports Center at 1500  S. Anaheim Blvd., Anaheim, CA 92805. Bell time 8:05PM, doors open at  7:30. Tickets are $6 for adults, $3 for students w/ ID and children 12  and under.  TONIGHT, come see "Shooting Star" Bobby Quance in a very rare appearance as he takes on TJ Perkins.  Plus Willie Mack defends his M1W Heavyweight Championship.  And more!

NWA Pro/Mach-1 Wrestling presents “Friday Fight Night” on Friday, September 10th at 8:05pm in Anaheim, CA!

Willie Mack to defend his M1W Championship!-  Last week, “Big Nasty” Jason Watts went on a spree of violence  interfering in matches and leaving 5 M1W wrestlers laying in the ring  and left the M1W Champion Willie Mack motionless on a American Sports  Center court. As a result, Jason Watts has been suspended until further  notice. Mack infuriated by last week’s happenings demanded a match with  Watts this week but the M1W brass insisted on upholding their decision  to suspend him. The M1W champion demanded that he fight someone, not  caring who it is so the M1W brass will grant him that wish. An opponent  has yet to be determined.

“Shooting Star” Bobby Quance v. TJ Perkins-  Please join us on a special night as Bobby Quance, a longtime SoCal  wrestling legend will compete for the final time before departing to  Afghanistan to serve our country in the armed forces. Bobby wanted to  face an opponent that he truly respects, and when Perkins was asked to  do this, he was honored to answer the call.

Natural Selection (Brian Cage and Shawn Ricker) v. Mikey Callahan and Nick Madrid
-  As the M1W tag team title scene heats up, there was no way who is the  best team could be determined without Natural Selection putting their  name into the hat. As the first ever M1W tag team champions, Cage and  Ricker feel they are the rightful team to get the next shot against the  RockNES Monsters and they will fight for that right Friday!

James Morgan v Kyle Webb w/David Troy-  People were pleasantly surprised by James Morgan’s declaration last  week about himself last week. And despite losing to Jaysin Strife,  Morgan showed the sportsmanship and class that many M1W fans remember  and love. Can his new attitude get him back in the winner’s column as he  will take on the returning Kyle Webb?

“Pretty” Peter Avalon v. ½ of the M1W tag team champions Johnny Yuma-  No one has felt the effectiveness of the Power Balance Band more than  Peter Avalon. Being pinned twice by Ruben Iglesias who has found new  luck with the band has not sat well with Avalon and he has vowed to “rip  the band from Ruben’s arm” when he gets the chance. This week he will  have to take on the “Rock and Roll Rebel Soul” Johnny Yuma.

Plus: Jarek Matthews, Josh Worthy, and more!

NWA Pro/Mach-1 Wrestling Presents "Friday Fight Night" Aug. 20th

NWA Pro/Mach-1 Wrestling presents “Friday Fight Night” on Friday, August 20th at 8:05pm in Anaheim, CA!

Shaun Ricker & Jason Watts vs. Human Tornado & M1W Champion Willie Mack
- Last week saw Jason Watts become the number one contender and stare down Willie Mack. It also saw Shaun Ricker and Human Tornado at odds after they failed to become the M1W Tag Team Champions. This tag team match will pit these newly formed rivalries against one another for the first time in M1W.

1/2 of the M1W Tag Team Champions Johnny Goodtime vs. Scorpio Sky
- Last week also saw the team of Scorpio Sky & Joey Ryan become the number one contenders for the M1W Tag Team Titles and this match is part one of the preview to the Tag Team Championship match that the two teams are headed for.

1/2 of the M1W Tag Team Champions Johnny Yuma vs. Joey Ryan
- This is part two of the preview to the Tag Team Championship match lined up between the champion RockNES Monsters and the new number one contenders of Scorpio Sky & Joey Ryan.

Candice LeRae & Kitana Vera vs. Carla Jade & Liz Savage
- LeRae & Vera have been unstoppable since the two formed an alliance in M1W and now they must contend with returning Carla Jade and the debuting Liz Savage who are hoping to turn a few heads with a victory over the dominant duo.

Disco Machine vs. "Pretty" Peter Avalon
- Two times before these men have met in M1W and both times Avalon scored the victory by bending and breaking the rules. Now at the request of Disco Machine, M1W has signed part three of this match and Disco Machine has promised to be more prepared for the actions of Avalon.

Unsanctioned Match
Brandon Parker vs. Nick Madrid
- Last week Madrid scored the victory over Parker but Parker claimed Madrid was only able to accomplish this because Parker was confined to the outdated rules of professional wrestling. Parker then challenged Madrid to a match where closed fists would be legal and rope breaks wouldn't save anybody from an attack. Although shots below the belt, biting and eye gouging will still be illegal and an outside weapons will still call for a DQ, these relaxed rules have left the NWA unable to sanction this match.

Mikey Callahan vs. Josh Worthy
- Both coming off recent losses in their bids to become champions in M1W, these men could use a victory here to begin their climb back up the rankings and back into title contention.

NWA SoCal Pro Wrestling Highlight Video

SoCal Pro Wrestling had a very interesting event this weekend. The SCP Heavyweight Champion SoCal Crazy aka Sidareal has been having a blood feud with Tommy Williams the entire year. The match resolved nothing, these two will be at each others throat soon enough.
